Our Story
Founded in 2023, Big Ds Badfish is a aquaculture family-owned business dedicated to providing high-quality plants, fish and various pond needs. We believe in responsible aquaculture practices and work hard every day to ensure the health and well-being of our product.
Tribute
In 2010, 3 people came together and developed a great friendship. While on a trip to Alaska one of those friends was inspired by the beauty and nature of the Last Frontier. He came home with a dream to start his own fish farm. Sharing his dream with his friends they were inspired by his new found interest. Throughout the years he shared his dreams and plans. Unfortunately one of those friends would not be around to witness the success of the fish farm. In 2023 Danny passed away from a very rare cancer known as single solitary fibrous sarcoma. This business is dedicated to his memory.
Our Process
From hatching to harvest, we take great care in every step of our fish farming process. We use only the best feed and closely monitor water quality to ensure optimal growth and health. Our fish are processed on-site to maintain freshness and quality.
